A multi-disciplinary artist, Chidi “Lex Ash” Ashimole is a 26-year-old Estate Management graduate of Covenant University, Nigeria. As a self-taught visual artist who is passionate about People, his work is inspired by how he feels and the people he meets. He’s particular about visual storytelling, art directing, poetry and natural aesthetics. Over his four years of photography so far, his work has been featured on CNN, USA Today, Financial Times, Vogue Italia among others. He has exhibited at The Wheatbaker Hotel and a McKinsey showcase as well as Africa Photo Festival, New York. He hopes to be a major driving force in the recognition of art in Nigeria and Africa as a whole.
