What We Wear And How We Feel

As social beings, we take a whole lot into consideration when it comes to what we wear. Although this varies with different individuals, it doesn’t change the fact we always want to look good and feel good. What we wear does not only say a bit about who we are, but it also has a lot to do with our state of mind. When we look good and get compliments about what we are wearing, it gives us a sense of pride and happiness.

If we understand that what we wear affects our feelings, it would make us give quality attention to whatever we are wearing whether we are sitting at home and just chilling, or going out with a couple of friends or even if we are hosting friends at our place. Dresses are beyond how well they are designed. We think first of satisfaction and comfort about what you are wearing, and then this translates into the happiness that radiates all over you.

A torn slit, a loose button, a strapless gown that will not just stay on the around the bust area, could all lead to a sour mood. Let’s not delve into colors and how bright colors can sometimes make you feel happy or dark colors could enhance a dark mood.  This just brings home the fact that we need to be careful about what we wear, from the colors to the designs.

And when you wear it that chic outfit, be sure to stand in front of a mirror and shower yourself with enough sweet compliments as this would boost your morale and what anyone says after that, would only be to reaffirm what you already know.

It doesn’t matter if you have a wardrobe full of clothes or a bag of neatly packed clothes before you decide on what to wear to wherever you headed for the day, have this at your back of your mind that what I wear will affect how I would feel, and that would guide you into giving proper care to how you look. Raise your chin up, perm that face with a little bit of wonder, and then go on to own your day that what stars do.
