On September 16, 2020. The Nigerian super star by name Wizkid had announced that his new album made in Lagos will be released on October 16, 2020.

However, The Starboy hinted that the release of this album has been postponed. On his twitter handle when a fan asked #SARS must go now but @wizkidayo, MIL go still drop?”

He replied to this in a tweet saying “Not yet, mad times”.

This response seems to be referring to the #Endsars movement that is currently going on in Nigeria.

Wizkid was also in the London protest where he addressed to the increasingly unsettled crowd in front of the British council.

Earlier in the year, fans had hoped that he will drop the album on 16th of July, 2020 but he released only a single ‘Smile’ which he featured the Grammy award winner H.E.R.  Again, it seems that it is set to drop this October but it has been postponed due to the current #ENDSARS movement going on in Nigeria.
